Your responsibilities:
As Project Specialist you are on the fast track to gather experiences and learn the skills to build a multi-million dollar startup from the ground up.
You will directly work with our CEO and workshadow him all day. You will have access to the entire C-Suite and lead senior management meetings.
Enhance the CEO’s decision making process by providing advanced strategic and financial analysis using various data sources including our datawarehouse and Business Intelligence tools.
In your role, essentially you will be the additional pair of hands, ears, eyes, brains and additional voice of the CEO and to support our CEO all day round.
Join all of our CEO’s meetings including highly confidential strategy meetings, board meetings and investor pitch meetings.
Lead and organise meetings: prepare meeting agendas together with key leaders including department heads and C-suite.
Ensure the follow-up and execution of decisions.
Execute a fast, consistent rhythm in the organisation by structuring goal setting meetings, daily/ weekly huddles with key leaders and other accountability sessions to ensure the company moves at lightning speed.
Stay up-to-date on best practices, methodologies and tools to optimise project management.
You are:
Very ambitious (wants to become CEO eventually or found own company)
Master’s Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Computer Science
At least 1 year work experience at a top consultancy, investment bank or tech company in a role that works with financial data
Advanced excel/spreadsheets skills (at least 2 years hands-on experience)
Advanced powerpoint and presentation skills
Have at least basic coding experience/ SQL usage to run BI and analytics queries
Possess strong communication and presentation skills
Organised and reliable and a fast learner who is always thirsty to learn new things
Detail-oriented and care a lot about accuracy and structure
Overseas university educated preferred
