- Manage daily shifts (Opening, Closing and Non-Peak period).
- Scheduling of partners to ensure sufficient manpower for the shift.
- Daily documentation/paperwork such as key-in wastage, ordering and payroll
- Manage customer complaints when escalated from partners. Handle all solutions within limit of authority (LOA), to escalate (to BM and Head Office) if solutions beyond LOA.
- Manage customer satisfaction through immediate problem solving.
- Count and order stock to ensure zero item 86.
- Manage stock variance to ensure regular stock in place
- Quick identification and response to common emergency situations at the outlet
- Provide Orientation and On-Job-Training for Partners-related knowledge and skills.
- Basic proficiency skills in either English or Bahasa Malaysia are required
- May be required to relocate from one outlet to another.
- Willing to work long hours, during weekends and on public holidays.
